賢く気丈で上品でしっかり者の母が少しずつ変わりはじめた2012年頃、そんな母のことを歌にしたこの曲を僕はイベントライブ等で歌っていた。ライブ会場での手売りCD用に音源化した事はあったが、今回配信アルバム収録に際し新録音。弾き語り時代とはキーもアレンジも歌い方も変えて、この歌本来が持つメッセージをしっかりと伝えられる形を得てのリリースとなった。

Mom, who was wise , elegant and strong, began to change little by little arround 2012. I wrote this song then, and sang at event live performances. Although I recorded this song for a hand-sold CD at the live show venue, I newly recorded it with the transposed keys, new arrangement and another singing style. All these updates are able to convey the original message of this song.
